Introduction:

 

BWS is workflow management solution for running company business effectivly. BWS application is also rbusiness process management solution for managing processes, clients and documents inside the company. Solution evolved as consequence of multi-years research on challenges that companies are facing. Main challenge, that BWS solves efficiently is, all-in-one view of the client. in this context application resembles CRM. As at the same time BWS solves also process and document management, we could also describe it as BPM or DMS application. But the application is primarily meant as PSA - Professional Service Automation tool.
 

 

With help of BWS application we provide:
 
·        list of business leads in estimated ammounts per selected time interval,
·        list of completed business leads per selected time interval,
·        calculation of avergae ammount of business leads per selected time interval ,
·        edit list of fastest/slowest (with regard to duration) participants in sales process per selected time interval,
